The McLay Chronicle

How they met. How the family got here. Where the story goes from here.

About This Archive

The McLay Chronicle is a family archive, not a social network. It exists to preserve what matters — the stories, traditions, people, and moments that shaped this family and the generations still writing what comes next. The story begins with Donna Frisch and Kenneth McLay, married November 4, 1972, and continues forward through every branch that grew from that union.

This is not a place for daily updates or casual posts. The filter is simple: will this matter to the family years from now? If yes, it belongs here.

Family members with contributor access can submit memories, stories, traditions, and events. Every submission is reviewed by the family caretaker before appearing publicly. Nothing is permanently deleted — stories can be hidden but the record is preserved.

Stories. Traditions. Recipes. Reunions. Oral histories. Letters. Photographs. The things someone bothered to write down.

This archive focuses primarily on the direct family lineage and the people who significantly shaped its story.
